Our customer's satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product (s) so we may try to rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
Please note, due to COVID-19, we will not accept returns or exchanges until further notice, even if the product is unused.
We will offer a refund or replacement if the product is damaged, lost in route, or an error on our part. All other inquiries will be discussed on a case by case basis.
